I really dont understand why some people do things for the sake of recognition. And when they dont get the recognition they want, they start throwing sissy tempers and what not. I think its really childish if you keep wanting some forms of pay back for all the things that you do. Its like I dont care whether my superiors notice me or shower me with incentives or recognize my effort when I do my work. I just want to do it for myself and not for others to see, and I wont go around making sure that my superiors notice me, and if they dont, tell them off. Its just immature and reflects really badly on yourself. And the irony is that some of them dont even do their tasks properly, and yet they want best solider/more off/promotion blah blah. Seriously they need to grow up, do some soul searching before going around putting blames on everyone but themselves. i really think if you deserve something, it will come to you naturally and you wouldnt have to beg or ask for it. It makes you look really desperate.

And is grass always greener on the other side? I dont think so. So stop thinking that other places are better than where you are now, because with your current attitude, sooner or later nobody will want you.
